Please read all the information below pertaining to the return policy prior to considering a return. If the conditions are not met, eArtesan.com will not process the return.
1) eArtesan.com will allow returns up to 15 days after the package is received by the customer, however eArtesan.com will NOT pay for the return shipping cost and the customer must return the COMPLETE and UNDAMAGED item back to eArtesan.com before a refund for said item is paid.
If a refund is due, eArtesan.com will make said refund with a money order only. The customer will be responsible for notifying eArtesan.com of any address changes.
Attention: if the item is fragile or breakable the customer will be required to obtain shipping insurance at the customer’s cost, prior to the return. eArtesan.com will require the product to be returned in its original packaging.
2)Exchanges: eArtesan.com will allow exchanges for “like” items if the item is in stock, for the same price, or the customer can exchange the merchandise for a higher priced item if the customer pays the difference in price. eArtesan.com will not pay for the return shipping.
3) Damaged shipment: eArtesan.com will refund the customers payment if the item is damaged during shipping and identified by the shipping provider (ie; USPS,UPS, FedEx) at the time of delivery. The customer will have 48 hours from the date of delivery to notify eArtesan.com of the damage during shipment or forfeit a possible refund.
Note: All Breakable items will be insured prior to shipment and may incur an additional fee.
