Shipping Policy

1) eArtesan.com will not ship to a P.O. Box.
A complete and up to date address must be provided.

 

2) If multiple items are purchased, eArtesan.comĀ  will make every effort to pack the items for the cheapest shipping cost available.

 

3) If the customer would like to request a particular shipping company, please include the company and type shipment (ie; next day air, 2 day, Ground, special handling, etc) in an email to eArtesan as soon as the order is placed. Otherwise, eArtesan.com will attempt to use the most cost effective shipping available.

 

4) eArtesan.com will ship product out of the country. The items will be shipped with the most effective shipping company that services that particular region.

 

5) Some items may require a signature or special handling. If the customer is not available to receive and sign for those items and the merchandise is returned to eArtesan, the customer will forfeit all costs due to shipping. If the item is returned to eArtesan.com without damage, we will refund the cost of the merchandise, less the shipping costs.

 

6) eArtesan.com will require up to 2 days to process the item for shipment.
Note: All standard and custom shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. eArtesan.com will always use the most cost effective method available.

(Custom shipping may include insurance on the merchandise, special handling for fragile items, any type of air shipment, etc.) Other terms and conditions may apply. eArtesan.com will attempt to contact the customer should any special or unforeseen circumstance arise prior to shipment.
